OUR NEXT PAINT OUT:
To be announced shortly -
“I experience a period of frightening clarity in those moments when nature is so beautiful. I am no longer sure of myself, and the paintings appear as in a dream”
-van Gogh“There were much fewer art instruction books around when I began painting, but one of them gave me the most marvellous advice which I have followed to this day: "The best art tutor you will ever find is Mother Nature." After so many years painting professionally I could not agree more. There is nothing like getting out into the landscape and working direct from the scene in front of you.”
